Dvorak's "From the New World" Symphony — Southeast Symphony Orchestra

Guest cellist Julian Schwarz will display stellar artistry in performing Elgar's famous Cello Concerto in E Minor. Then, the Southeast Symphony Orchestra embarks on a journey with Dvorak to bring standard orchestral repertoire to the River Campus. Jazz Combo | SEMO Sesquicentennial Ball to Celebrate 150 Years

Southeast Missouri State University will host a Sesquicentennial Ball on Saturday, April 6, 2024 to raise funds for student scholarships as part of the University’s Transforming Lives comprehensive campaign. This grand event will take place at the Show Me Center, at 6 p.m. with a social hour, followed by dinner and entertainment at 7 p.m. and dancing beginning at 9 p.m.

Tickets are now available for purchase at semo.edu/150ball, with individual tickets priced at $250 and tables of eight available for $2,000. Organizations interested in sponsorship packages can contact Phil Willmert with the University Foundation at pcwillmert@semo.edu.
